  • Prepare an estimate and carry out the agreed work.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Preferences: Remember your language choice (FR/EN) — local browser storage, no sending to a third party.
  • Advertising measurement: Google Ads / Google Tag (AW-18107095991) to measure the conversions of our advertising campaigns.
  • Security and performance: Cloudflare, which hosts our site, may place a cookie to identify legitimate traffic.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. This may limit certain website features.

7. Communication to third parties

We never sell your personal information. We only share it with suppliers strictly necessary for the operation of the site and the provision of our services:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosting of the site and secure storage of form submissions.
  • Google LLC (United States): Google Ads for conversion measurement; Google Sheets for organized contact storage.
  • Occasional subcontractors: accountant, material suppliers, execution partners — only if necessary for the completion of the work.

Some of these providers process your data outside of Quebec. We ensure by contract that they offer protection equivalent to that required by Bill 25.

8. Conservation et destruction

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes listed above, or to comply with a legal obligation (for example, accounting records must be kept for six (6) years, in accordance with tax law). Inconclusive submissions are deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact.

9. Security Measures

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information: HTTPS connection, restricted access, two-factor authentication, encrypted backups, access control to the Google Sheets spreadsheet and the Cloudflare KV database.

In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a serious risk of harm, we will promptly notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the persons concerned, as required by Law 25.

10. Your rights
